Meet Dave
Our Head Futures Trader Dave Gear started trading after a high school assignment sparked his interest in the markets. He opened his first account in 2014, turning a side pursuit into a full-time career. With a background in science education, Dave has learned the hard way — and is now dedicated to helping others fast-track their success in trading.
Meet Matt
With 10 years in the markets, and 5 as a full time futures trader, our Head of Trading Education Matt Hensley has seen just about everything when it comes to trading. He has worked 1-on-1 with over 300 traders and ran 3 different trading rooms before founding Tiresias Trading in 2021.
